📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the Chief Engineer in the daily operations and maintenance of facilities and utilities.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure optimal performance of our facilities.
• Oversee the work of a team of engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of facilities and utilities with overall operations.
• Monitor energy and water usage, implementing strategies to reduce consumption and lower operational costs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating innovative solutions into our operations.
• Provide regular reports to the Chief Engineer and senior management on the status of facilities and utilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities and utilities management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance and operational activities.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using facilities management software such as FM:pro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
