📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all nursing operations and ensure compliance with national and international healthcare standards.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve patient outcomes and nursing services.
• Manage a team of over 200 nurses and healthcare professionals, providing leadership and mentorship.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align nursing strategies with the organization's vision and mission.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in patient care.
• Ensure the availability and utilization of necessary resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies.
• Represent the organization at local and regional healthcare conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior nursing leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification as a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) or equivalent, such as the American Nursing Credentials Certification Corporation (ANCC) Magnet Recognition.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
