📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and follow-ups.
Ensure timely payments and maintain accurate financial records.
Monitor and report on financial compliance, including regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate financial risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure compliance.
Provide training and support to other departments on financial compliance and collections.
Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in collections and compliance, preferably in a financial or insurance company.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
Proficiency in using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Certification in collections and compliance (e.g., CPA, CMA, or CFE) is a plus.
