📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all aspects of site operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled construction professionals, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with the project manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Manager in residential projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-impact projects in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Certifications in Construction Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards in Bali.
