📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of brand marketing strategies.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote our products.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Train and mentor new sales representatives to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Familiarity with marketing tools and software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good understanding of the local market and consumer behavior.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
