📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist crew members with project tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned duties.
  • Support in the organization and execution of project activities.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide assistance in the recruitment and training of new crew members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with basic project management tools and software.
  • Valid ID and work permit for Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat.
  • Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
  • Previous experience in the Mempawah area is a plus.
