📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and inventory management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.,Train and supervise junior staff to maintain service quality and efficiency.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Monitor and maintain food and beverage inventory levels.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to F&B operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of service strategies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to undergo a background check.
