📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement social programs that align with the company's mission and vision.
• Collaborate with local governments, NGOs, and other stakeholders to identify and address community needs.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Monitor program performance and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and key stakeholders.
• Leverage social media and digital platforms to promote and engage with community initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in social program management, preferably in a developing region.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful social programs.
• Strong understanding of local governance and community dynamics in Bangka Belitung.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
