📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and benefits information.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, in collaboration with the HR Manager.,Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, discipline, and grievance handling.,Support the HR Manager in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related administrative tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a fast-paced or service industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
