In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing customer orders, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register and work area.,Assist customers with product selection and information.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.,Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.,Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and transaction processing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail or customer service software is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Proficient in using English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
