PT Cakrawala Wana is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store in Cempaka Putih, Jakarta Raya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to achieve store objectives.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
