📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations of the dental clinic,Oversee scheduling, staffing, and patient flow,Maintain accurate records and reports,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery,Handle patient inquiries and complaints,Support the clinic manager in strategic planning and decision-making

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar operational role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using office software and tools,Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
