📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage and develop a team of sales associates, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Monitor store performance against sales targets and implement strategies to achieve and exceed them.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage supplier relationships to ensure adequate stock levels.,Plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior is beneficial.
