PT Inti Duta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team in Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, team leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashiering operations, including opening and closing the cash register.,Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.,Supervise and train junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Monitor cash and inventory levels, and report any discrepancies to the manager.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a restaurant or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash register software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs (9 kg) occasionally as needed.
