📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Supervise a team of lab technicians and provide guidance and training.,Perform and interpret laboratory tests, including but not limited to, microbiological, chemical, and hematological tests.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.,Prepare and maintain detailed records of laboratory activities and test results.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a laboratory setting.,Certification in laboratory safety and quality assurance (e.g., CLIA, ISO, or other relevant certifications).,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from work.
