NOVA Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Training Officer to join our team in Kudus, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to identify training needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage and mentor a team of training officers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant training and development policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on leadership roles.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
