📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide expert, compassionate care to patients with neurological disorders.
- Monitor patients' progress and administer medications as prescribed by neurologists.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education to patients and their families about neurological disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
- Perform assessments and interventions using specialized neurological equipment, such as EEG machines and nerve conduction studies.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records in the electronic health record system.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in neurological nursing.
- Certification as a Neurological Nurse Specialist (CNS) from the American Neurological Association (ANA) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with electronic health record systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
- Valid nursing license in Indonesia.
