You'll work closely with the regional manager and other supervisors to ensure that all outlets meet the company's high-performance benchmarks.

In your daily tasks, you'll handle inventory management using our in-house software, conduct regular staff training sessions, and monitor sales performance using our retail analytics tools. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of 5-10 retail staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Conduct regular staff training and development sessions to enhance team performance.
• Monitor and report on sales performance using retail analytics tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking and merchandising.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of inventory management, sales forecasting, and retail analytics.
