ZAP Sentosa is looking for a dedicated and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations at our Bintaro outlet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing daily operations and ensuring smooth running of the outlet.
  • Overseeing staff performance and providing training and development opportunities.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer complaints.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering stock as needed.
  • Driving sales targets and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Representing the company at trade shows and events.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
