In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our medical supply store, ensuring that all supplies are available, accurate, and properly managed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the medical supply store, ensuring that all supplies are available, accurate, and properly managed.,Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and tracking supplies.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards for medical supplies.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory levels.,Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance store operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in healthcare administration or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and practices.,Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers.,Familiarity with medical supply regulations and standards.,Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory tracking software.
