📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and mentor junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and present dishes for special events and functions.,Manage kitchen schedules and staff assignments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cook or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Possession of a valid food handler's certificate.

🛠️ Keahlian

Culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.Experience with kitchen equipment and tools.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Strong organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and quality control.Basic computer skills for inventory management.
