📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and evaluate children's occupational performance to identify treatment goals and objectives,Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each child's needs,Conduct therapy sessions to improve children's fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills,Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to provide comprehensive care,Provide education and training to parents and caregivers on how to support their child's therapy progress,Monitor and document children's progress and outcomes, and communicate this information to the healthcare team,Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pediatric occupational therapy,Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field,Licensed Occupational Therapist with a valid license to practice in Indonesia,Minimum of 5 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy,Strong clinical skills and knowledge in assessing and treating children with various conditions and disabilities,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and healthcare professionals,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Fluency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with the Indonesian healthcare system and culture is a plus
