HAVEN Nusantara is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Seminyak. We are looking for a professional who can contribute to our culinary excellence and help us maintain our high standards of food quality and service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menus.,Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of ingredients.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
