As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of urban infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with the vision and goals of Sentosa Development Corporation. You will work closely with a diverse team of architects, engineers, and urban planners to create sustainable and functional urban spaces that enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors alike.

In this role, you will have the chance to work on high-profile projects that will leave a lasting impact on Bali's urban landscape. You will leverage your expertise in urban planning and infrastructure development to drive the success of Sentosa's projects, while also contributing to the broader goals of sustainable urban development in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of urban infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with Sentosa's vision and goals.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and urban planners to create sustainable and functional urban spaces.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in urban planning and infrastructure development.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines in urban planning and infrastructure development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in urban infrastructure planning and project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using urban planning software, such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Revit.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
