📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct field visits to collect outstanding debts from clients.
• Negotiate settlements and payment plans with clients.
• Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records.
• Provide regular reports on collection progress and outstanding amounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth collections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with the collection team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Provide support to other teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or related fields.
• Proven track record of successful debt recovery.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
