📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain critical data for the school, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of school programs and initiatives.
• Optimize management systems using tools like Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve school operations and student outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to gather and interpret data.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate data insights and recommendations to the school leadership.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in educational data management and strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, strategic planning, or a similar role in the education sector.
