📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
• Monitor and maintain network systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on IT infrastructure.
• Maintain IT documentation, including hardware inventory, network diagrams, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical training and support to new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, hardware maintenance, and network administration.
• Proficient in using hardware and network troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, Ping, Traceroute, and Network Monitor.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
• Knowledge of network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
