As a Kids Club Teacher at Gogrow Academy and Kids Club, you will design and deliver a variety of educational programs tailored to different age groups. Using interactive tools and creative methods, you will foster a love for learning and help children develop essential skills such as critical thinking, creativity, and social-emotional intelligence. Our clubs utilize a mix of traditional and modern teaching techniques, ensuring that each child's unique needs and learning styles are catered to.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and deliver engaging educational programs for children aged 3-12.
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Utilize interactive tools and educational software such as Khan Academy Kids, Prodigy, and Starfall to enhance learning experiences.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Organize and lead group activities, field trips, and special events to enrich the learning environment.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive and high-quality educational experience.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all children.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or working with young children.
- Certification in early childhood education, such as CPR, First Aid, and TEFL.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and educational standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to their holistic development.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
